Where is my Arqane Code?
Your Arqane Code is on the official authenticity card included with your piece. You can also find it printed on the back of the size label inside the neckline.
Each code is completely unique and permanently registered to your individual piece.
What does verification confirm?
Verification confirms that your Arqane Code is genuine and officially registered.
It ensures your piece is authentic, hand-finished, and crafted directly by the House of Saint Arqane.
Why does my code show unrecognized?
An unrecognized result means the code was entered incorrectly or does not exist in our registry.
Please check the code carefully—including uppercase letters, numbers, or dashes (-) and try again.
An unrecognized code that does not exist in our registry may indicate that your product is not a genuine Saint Arqane product.
Can an Arqane Code be used on multiple pieces?
No. Every Arqane Code is unique to a single piece and cannot be duplicated.
All codes at Saint Arqane are generated in a completely non-sequential, secure format, making each garment a true and structural one of one.
