Saint Verify is our authenticity and ownership verification platform. Every Saint Arqane creation carries a unique Arqane Code that can be verified through our official registry. This confirms that your piece is authentic and registered by the House.
Our collections are released in carefully curated drops rather than continuous production. Quantities are intentionally limited, allowing every release to retain its individuality and significance once it becomes part of the House. When a collection is gone, it is considered complete.

We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops.
No. Once a specific design, colour, and edition has sold out, it will not be reproduced. However, the same artistic concept may be reinterpreted through an entirely new colourway or future release. Every release is intended to preserve its individuality and exclusivity.
As Saint Arqane creates oversized silhouettes, if you're unsure about sizing, we recommend going one size down from your regular size. For example, if you normally wear an M, you can go ahead with an S with us. Once comfortable, you can always upsize if you prefer a looser look.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable locations. To preserve the integrity of our fulfilment process, shipping charges are prepaid at checkout while the remaining balance is paid upon delivery (Partial COD).
COD is not available on pre-orders, discounted purchases, promotional offers, or orders above ₹10,000, which are processed as prepaid only.
Delivery timeline depends on your location and payment method. Prepaid orders are prioritised for dispatch, while COD orders may require additional verification taking up some extra time.
We aim to deliver most orders within one week from the order date using trusted logistics partners. You can follow every stage of your shipment through your Customer Account, with estimated delivery information also provided during checkout.
Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
All exchange requests are inspected by our quality team before approval. To remain eligible, the garment must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted for exchange.
Once an order has been confirmed with an Order Number, it cannot be cancelled.
However, while your order remains in the "Unfulfilled" stage, we may be able to amend the selected size or product depending upon the availability. Once a shipping label (AWB) has been generated, no further changes can be made.

Our collections are intentionally produced in limited quantities. Once a product or size sells out, it is no longer available for purchase.
